South Plainfield, NJ, April 21, 2016 – Astir Technologies, LLC has completed the acquisition of both GroupWare Solutions and VAP Technology Group; two niche IT consulting firms. By integrating their services and solutions into their daily operations, Astir is able to greatly expand the scope of benefits offered to clients.
